For a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, with a note for customer name and order #. The item must also be unused and in the original packaging, verified against every photo we take before we ship out an order. If the item shows signs of use when received, we will have to return the item to the customer without a refund.
Gift cards are non-refundable, but have no expiry date, so please feel free to pass it on to someone else!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items may be returned within 14 days for store credit for the item(s) value.
We are happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. As we inspect and photograph every item before it leaves us, and use multiple layers of secure packaging, this should not occur. However, in the rare occasion it does happen, we want you know we've got you covered.

If you're really unsure of what your gift recipient would like, we highly recommend you purchase a gift card so they can choose any item from our site! Another option is to reach out to our support team to ask for our stylists to provide item recommendations based on price range, and a photo of your recipient's face and style.
If the gift recipient wants to return item(s) to for an exchange, they can ship it back to us unused and in original packaging with the a note containing Order #. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will provide store credit for the value of the item(s) minus a 20% restocking fee.

Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned item(s). Shipping costs are also non-refundable, thus will be deducted from your refunded amount.
As our items are precious, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. If the item gets lost in shipment back to us, we won't be able to provide a refund for your lost item.
